As a California native and Marin County resident for more than 30 years, I bring deep local knowledge of Marin’s neighborhoods, market trends, and a clear understanding of what gives a property lasting value over time.
What sets my approach apart is that I look at homes through more than just a real estate lens. Having spent decades buying, selling, renovating, and improving properties myself, I bring a level of experience clients find especially valuable throughout the process. My hands-on construction knowledge also helps buyers and sellers better understand a home’s true potential.
For sellers, I help clients think strategically about how a home is presented, priced, and positioned to maximize value in today’s market. For buyers, I help guide not only where to buy, but how to evaluate a homes current value, while helping to evaluate long-term potential.
I graduated from University of California, Davis with a degree in Landscape, City, and Regional Planning and was first licensed in real estate in 1991. Although my career also took me into commercial real estate, mortgage lending, and sales leadership roles with companies such as Salesforce, Oracle Corporation, and IBM, real estate has remained a consistent part of my life. Every market cycle, transaction, and property experience has added perspective to how I advise clients today.
I was born in Southern California and spent part of my youth in Hailey, Idaho, but Marin became home the moment I first experienced its natural beauty and unique character. I came here while visiting my mother, who was caretaking a property in Belvedere, and knew immediately this was where I wanted to build my life.
I am a longtime community member and a dedicated father, former youth sports coach, and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, running, and mountain biking throughout Marin.
My goal is simple: help clients move forward with clarity, and make confident, well-informed decisions.
